When the body of a dead marine is found on the bank of the Miami River, it's way too much for Miami Metro Homicide to handle on their own. Maria LaGuerta calls in a favor from Leon Vance and the NCIS Major Case Response Team and Forensics Unit find themselves in the sweltering heat of Miami, Florida working alongside a man they never thought they'd ever encounter.... A secret serial killer....
When the NCIS team arrives on the scene, a second body is found. Same MO, possibly the same suspect. Could this seemingly serial slaughtering be more than the combined forces of NCIS and Miami Metro can handle?
