Popuri woke up and a cheery mood. After she took a shower and got dressed, she went out to the shop part of the store and started to organize everything. Popuri took a deep breath in, [pink]What a beautiful day it's going to be. Got to go water the flowers.[/pink] she said grabbing her watering can, filling it, and walking outside.
Once she was outside she went out and watered all her plants that were growing outside of her shop. Popuri then put down her watering can and started to trim her flowers.
When she was done, she had a beautiful bouqet of flowers. She walked back into the store and put them in a vase.

When Popuri arrived back to the flower shop she seen that her flowers were goregous! Popuri smiled brightly. [pink]Oh my gosh! You flowers are so beautiful![/pink] she laughed talking to ther flowers. Popuri talked to the flowers often, because they say if you talk to flowers at least once a day, they will grow better.
Popuri went to the door and put the sign to open and walked inside letting the door stay open for the fresh spring air.

Lumina strolled down the street, looking at all the shops and buildings.
Wow! It's so big and beautiful here! She thought. A hour ago, she ran away from Forget Me Not Valley with a backpack, her clothes, and a bit of money. She wanted to live somewhere else for awhile and stumbled here.
Most of the stores looked closed, but this one was open. Maybe I can buy food or something here.. She wondered. She walked in the store and looked around. There was a bunch of flowers here! Suddenly, she saw a girl, about her age or younger she thought, in the flower shop too. "Hello! Do you know who is the owner of this place? Maybe your mom?" Lumina didn't know that the girl owned the shop since she looked young.

Popuri was busy around in the store then she seen a young looking girl walk into the store. She came up and talked to her. [pink]Hello there.[/pink] she giggled. [pink]No I'm the owner of the shop. My name's Popuri, you look like your new to the town.[/pink] she smiled. |

Lumina was shocked that Popuri was the store owner, but tried to hide her astonishment. "I'm sorry! You look so nice and cute it's kind of hard to believe your an owner of a store!" Lumina tried apologizing and added a compliment. "Nice meeting you though! I'm Lumina, but how did you know I was new to this town? I didn't think anyone would notice!" Lumina remembered seeing a lot of houses and buildings when she first got here. She thought it would be like a city.

After Popuri metioned the 'where are you going to stay' part, Lumina had a blank expression on her face. I can't believe it! I moved into this place, and I don't even know where I'm going to stay at! Lumina thought. "..I guess I haven't thinked that through yet. I..really do not know.." Lumina said in an uncertain voice. I don't want to go back to Forget Me Not, but I don't really have a choice..I have to go back and stay with granny....

Popuri frowned when she heard that she had no where to stay. [teal]Really? Well there's a Inn down the road you can stay at there, they pay real cheap.[/teal] she said smiling to Lumina. [teal]So where did you come from?[/teal] she asked her walking to one of the flowers pruning them. Popuri looked around and seen that there was a dead rose, she frowned as she had to throw it away. |

"An Inn huh? Maybe I can..stay here a little longer!" I hope they have a phone their so I can call granny and Sebastion... She thought. She followed Popuri around when she was was throwing the rose away. "I'm from Forget Me Not Valley. You might not know where that is though..it's a few towns away, but it takes like two hours to walk from here to there." Lumina sighed a soft sigh, and thought to herself again. I really hope I don't have to walk a two hour walk back to Forget Me Not Valley!

Then Popuri had a great thought pop up into her head, [teal]Are you looking for a job or a ranch to work at? Cause if you need a job or ranch I can happily apply you one if you want.[/teal] she smiled brightly at Lumina. Popuri looked around and it looked like the shop was nice and organized. |

Lumina beamed. Her new friend Popuri was already helping her find a job! "Wow! You would help me with finding a job AND a place to stay? I'm really in your debt!" Lumina first athought of herself as a rancher. She was day dreaming she was at a ranch with horses, cows, sheeps, and other animals all surrounding her. Maybe ranching wouldn't be so bad! She liked the idea of being a rancher. "Maybe I could be the newest rancher here..." She asked.

You can take a ranch by the beach, by the town, or by the river. Pick either one you want.[/teal] she said to Lumina. Popuri was so glad she could help a new member out. |

Lumina nodded. Hmm..which one do I want? I really like the beach, but I don't think animals would like it. The river could give free water for the animals, but I would still have to buy food. I think I'll get the town since I could get supplies easy. She thought to herself. "I think I want the town one." Lumina looked a little embarrassed and said, "Could you help me? I'm still new to this town so I don't know where to go and where downtown even is.."

Lumina nodded. She wasn't too sure at first, but running away from her hometown wasn't a bad idea at all now. She stumbled into a nice place with a whole bunch of caring, helpful people. She knew it was going to be a great life here. The only problem for her was to tell her grandma the whole story about what was going to happen...and taking care of a ranch, but she knew she could do it.
"I'm ready!" Lumina said.
(That's okay! Your still on your vacation so of course it had to be short.)
